BC Tel (now Telus) wanted us to increase their sales of Custom Calling Services, which includes Call Alert, 3-way Calling, Call Waiting etc. The offer included free installation, a value of $23.50, so we emphasized the offer by showing it as a cheque.

Very Successful

It worked very well. BC Tel reported in a contest entry that they regularly received response rates from us of 22 to 26%, while they received only the typical response rate of 2 to 4% from other Direct Mail companies.
